Richard Mwangi, the CEO of Northwest Offshore joined other dignitaries at the Residence of the US Ambasador to Kenya to celebrate the 231st independece day celebrations. Those present included Vice President of the Republic of Kenya, Mr Moody Awori, Internal Security minister, Mr John Michuki, and Local Government minister, Mr Musikari Kombo.



Mr Martin Mbaya, an MIT alumni, joins the board of Northwest offshore. He is currently in the Kennedy School of government in Harvard studying Public Policy. Mr. Mbaya is also a digital asset specialist with NiNiNo. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. Mr Mbaya brings in a wealth of experience regarding the BPO market in the US.


Northwest Offshore's CEO Mr Richard Mwangi has been appointed by the permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Information and Communication, among 10 other Kenyans into a special task force to look into ways of providing bandwidth Subsidy for companies in the BPO sub sector in Kenya
